As new Scouts come on board, we need to draft a manual for whats expected in Troop 23. This document will be given to new scouts parents.
The Boy Scouts of America is in the process of making its merit badge pamphlets available for purchase on Amazon’s Kindle platform.
That means you’ll be able to download the pamphlets (and other official BSA books) on any Kindle device, or through any of the free Kindle reader apps available for computers and portable devices such as iPods, iPhones and iPads.
All of the Eagle-required merit badges except for Citizenship in the World and Sustainability are already available. Of course, the Digital Technology pamphlet is already available, as is Robotics.
The BSA will continue to add titles to the digital format in the weeks and months to come.
This is a link to the Document we are going to use for the ILST training . Any new member of the Leadership team will have to take this course. The first one will be presented by The Scoutmaster and all subsequent courses will be done by the SPL & the Scoutmaster.
