To All Parents,

Balance for summer camp is due next Monday May 21st. I will e-mail each Scouts parents individually to let them know what their balance is. This would include deposit made, any campership money received and participation in fundraisers. Please make checks out to Troop 23.

On Monday May 28th Troop 23 will be participating in the Brooklyn Memorial Day Parade will meet 10:30 Am at 87th st and 3rd ave and should be finished between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm. To all those Scouts attending summer camp there is $20.00 discount towards summer camp for those participating in parade. Since there is preregistration for the parade, please respond to this e-mail by Wednesday and let me know which Scouts are going to attend parade.

Our next camping trip is to Camp Pouch June 2nd -June 3rd. This is another preregistered camping trip I need to know by Monday May 21 which Scouts are going. Attached is permission slip, Please have slip and fee in by next meeting Monday May 21st. Any questions or concerns please contact me.

Welcome to the home of Troop 23, the oldest Boy Scout Troop in the United States chartered by a Catholic Church. Please follow the links on the side of the page to navigate to different sections of the site. The NEWS page takes you to current Troop announcements and events. Troop 23 is located in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The Troop is part of the Lenape Bay District of the Greater New York Council.

The Troop meets every Monday night at 7p.m. in the Scout Room(RM 17) in the basement of Our Lady Of Angels School. The school is located on 73rd. Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues.

Troop 23 has a very old and proud history. Please feel free to stop down and join us any Monday!
